well my two peices optomism and pessimism were removed for a 'copywrite violation'.

apparently the DA staff has either 1. a poor and 4 year olds understanding of fair use and the law or 2. a copyright policy so broad and gutless that they disregarde what the supreme court says and enforece their own brand of 'justice'

either way...

im done with this sinking ship...

my darling was treated unjustly.
i'd make a big deal of this unfairness..
but you can still offer both pieces available elsewhere...
and....

neither one of us truly seems to give a fuck for dA anymore.
also,

i doubt anyone would give a fuck if i complained..
because i'd just get banned for a day and than allowed back..
as per my typical bullshit punishments.
